What are pretreated garments?

Pretreat is a solution used to layer above the garment, to prep the shirt for printing! Think about it this way: In order to have your prints stay vibrant and last longer, pretreating your shirt with a solution will keep the graphic staying and looking fresh longer, after every wash!

Recommended Steps to Follow:

time clock for DTG

Set heat press temperature at 350F

time clock for DTG

Pre-press shirts to medium-high pressure

time clock for DTG

Once shirts has been pressed, garment is ready for print

time clock for DTG

Once printed, cure graphic tee at 350F for 60-90 seconds
