Refund policy


For replacements and returns, products must be returned within 14 business days. If we do not receive the return from you within 14 business days, your warranty will be void (if applicable), and a hold will be put on any future orders associated with your account. Please ensure that the item(s) are returned within 14 business days after receiving the return label.

Equipment (Printers)

  • Items designated as “equipment” are not returnable.

Regular Stock Items

Items designated as regular “stock” may be returned subject to the following:

  • All Deposits Are Non-Refundable
  • All items must be approved by aaprintsupplyco.com email for a return authorization and an RMA#
  • All Returns Require Prior Authorization & 25% Restock Fee
  • A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return.
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Item must be received by aaprintsupplyco.com within 14 days of invoice date.
  • Credit will be issued promptly after inspection by aaprintsupplyco.com
  • Report Any Shipping Damage Immediately Upon Receipt or Buyer Assumes Responsibility
  • If you request a refund, the original price you paid minus the shipping charges will be credited back to your account AFTER we receive the item back and have confirmed that all return conditions have been met. All refunds will be issued in the form of which the original payment was made, and it may take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
  • For orders paid via lease/financing, please reach out to the financial institution with which the lease/financing agreement was made BEFORE reaching out to All American Print Supply Co. The return process must begin between the customer and the leasing/financing body before All American Print Supply Co. can proceed with the return.
