Use the ThermoHawk infrared thermometer to instantly know the temperature of the ink as it exits the dryer to prevent incomplete curing. No textile or T-shirt screen printer should be without a thermometer as most plastisol inks must reach 320 °F to cure properly. If the ink does not reach 320 °F in your dryer, the color will begin to wash out on the first wash cycle. Make sure your prints are curing completely with the ThermoHawk.
