A UV printer cures ink with ultraviolet light the instant it lands, so the ink never soaks in or needs drying time. That is what lets these machines print directly onto glass, metal, acrylic, wood, and finished products with no pretreatment step. All American Print Supply Co. stocks UV flatbed printers, UV DTF systems, and the inks and supplies that keep them running.
Flatbed, desktop, and roll to roll
Desktop flatbeds print onto items placed directly on the bed. The Epson SureColor V1070 handles phone cases, plaques, signage panels, and promotional pieces up to A4. The eufyMake E1 adds textured and raised 3D printing for tactile finishes. For curved or awkward shapes that will not sit flat, DTF Station Aries systems and the Mimaki UJV300DTF-75 print UV DTF transfers instead, which apply by hand with no heat.
Substrates UV printing handles
Glass, metal, acrylic, wood, leather, ceramic, PVC, and most rigid plastics print without pretreatment. White ink and gloss or matte varnish build opaque layers on dark and transparent material. Adhesion does vary by substrate and surface finish, so ask us for a print sample on your specific material before committing to a machine.
