The xTool line covers more than lasers. Engravers and cutters, a metal welder, and a DTF apparel printer. We're an authorized dealer, so the machines, the consumables, and the parts all come from one place. US based stock and tech support, from people who've actually run these.
xTool laser engravers and cutters
Start with your material. That narrows it down faster than anything else.
F Series, for metal and fine detail. The F1 and F1 Ultra are portable, so they travel to the work. The F2 pairs a 5W IR laser with a 15W diode. Then there's the F2 Ultra: a 60W MOPA fiber laser next to a 40W diode, and the MOPA is what gets you actual color on stainless and brass instead of flat gray marks. Working with something that can't take heat? The F2 Ultra UV swaps in a 5W UV source.
P Series, for cutting. The P2S and P3 handle sheet work in acrylic, plywood, and leather. Both are enclosed, which matters more than it sounds. You can run one in a shared shop without the whole floor knowing about it.
M2 Color Craft. Cuts and engraves in one machine, for shops that would rather not buy two.
MetalFab Laser Welder. Welding rather than marking, for the fabrication side of the shop.
Duo bundles pair a P Series cutter with an F Series engraver if you need both at once.
The xTool Apparel Printer and DTF supplies
The Apparel Printer is xTool's DTF machine, and it takes on more of the process than most. Commercial Epson i1600 dual printheads, film cut automatically, powder laid down on its own. Add the OS1 shaker oven and you've got print to cured transfer in one click, which is the part most DTF setups leave you to piece together yourself.
Film, ink, powder, cleaning fluid, maintenance kits. All stocked here, so reordering doesn't mean a second supplier.
xTool supplies, parts, and xToolCare
Consumables and wear parts are the difference between a machine that runs and one that waits. Filters, modules, replacement components, and xToolCare coverage across the F Series, P Series, and the Apparel Printer.
Common questions about xTool machines
Which xTool handles metal?
The F Series. A fiber or MOPA source marks metal directly, which a diode can't do on its own. For color on stainless or brass rather than gray, it's the F2 Ultra's 60W MOPA.
Do you stock xTool parts, or just the machines?
Both. Buying the machine is the easy part. Keeping it running is the rest of it.
