Philadelphia, PA Store Pickup Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE ARRIVING FOR PICKUP
For the safety and security of our customers, employees, and orders, third-party courier and rideshare pickups are NOT permitted at our Philadelphia, PA location.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Uber or Uber drivers
- Lyft or Lyft drivers
- DoorDash
- Instacart
- Roadie
- Any independent courier or delivery service
- Any other third-party transportation or courier service
Who Can Pick Up an Order?
Orders may only be picked up by:
- The person whose name is listed on the order
- A business partner of the person named on the order
- A friend or family member of the person named on the order
If someone other than the person listed on the order will be picking up the order, they should be prepared to provide the order number and the name of the customer who placed the order as well as their relation to the customer
Important
We are unable to release orders to third-party courier or rideshare drivers because these services are not affiliated with or contracted by our Philadelphia location. This policy helps protect our customers and our company in the event an order is lost, damaged, picked up incorrectly, or otherwise mishandled after leaving our facility.
If you need someone else to pick up your order, please make arrangements with a trusted friend, family member, or business partner rather than a third-party courier service and be sure to notify us before arrival for pick up.
**Machinery, Equipment & High-Value Orders:**
For orders containing machinery, equipment, or other high-value items, the order must be picked up by the person whose name is listed on the order.
A valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID is required at the time of pickup. The ID will be verified and scanned, and the customer will be required to sign for the order before the merchandise can be released.
For security and liability purposes, we are unable to release machinery, equipment, or high-value orders to third-party couriers, rideshare drivers, or other individuals who are not the customer named on the order.
