xTool O1 Omni Printer: The World’s First 4-in-1 Omni Printer [PRE ORDER]

The xTool O1 Omni Printer lets you say yes to more of the custom work customers bring you. Every edition is a UV printer that prints full color on glass, wood and acrylic and scans the piece where it sits, so the design lands where you put it. The O1 can also add raised and textured finishes up to 7mm.

Pick the edition that matches what you sell. Single UV is the starting point for hard goods. Dual UV adds neon red and yellow and prints on leather and TPU. DT+UV adds a fabric head next to the UV head, so you can print straight onto cotton tees or onto film for DTF transfers, on the same machine as your hard goods.

Features

• Set the piece down and print where it sits. The Pixel-Scan Vision system scans the piece at true size, without camera distortion, so the design lands where you placed it.
• Give customers pieces they can feel. Raised emboss, tactile finishes, spot varnish and lenticular effects, plus foil finishes with the LM1 Laminator. The texture library, AI effect generators and 1-click spot colors in xTool Studio set them up in a few clicks.
• Neon that grabs attention (Dual UV). Neon red and yellow ink, plus printing on leather and TPU.
• Apparel that holds up (DT+UV). DTG prints on cotton are rated for 35 to 50 washes, and DTF transfers for 50+ washes on cotton, polyester and nylon.
• Cups and bottles all the way around. With the OR1 Rotary Attachment, xTool Studio builds a 3D model of your cup so you can check the design before you print.
• Decals on demand. With the LM1 Laminator, print waterproof UV DTF decals in one long continuous run, ready to stick on curved surfaces.
• Repeat orders that match. G7 color accuracy keeps your colors consistent from run to run.
• Less babysitting. SmartCycle 2.0 stirs and circulates the white ink automatically, a smart hydration system keeps the printhead from drying, and Clog-Free Vacation Mode looks after the printer while it sits idle.
• Easier on a shared room. Built-in air filtration cleans the air while you print. The UV ink is GREENGUARD Gold certified, the DT ink is OEKO-TEX certified, and the ink is free of reproductive toxins.
• Works with your xTool laser. Shape a piece on an xTool F2 Ultra, F2 Ultra UV, P3 or P2S, then color it on the O1 from the same software workspace.

Good to Know
