DTF Station Vega S17
SKU: BNDL-VS17
One enclosed machine prints, powders, cures, cuts and stacks your transfers, so you add a machine instead of building a line.
Buy it direct, or talk to a DTF specialist first.
- Your shop adds one machine instead of lining up a separate printer, shaker and dryer.
- Nobody on your team handles loose powder. It loads as a sealed cartridge and a rotating paddle applies it inside the machine.
- No ducting to install. Filtration runs in three stages, ending in HEPA and carbon, and no external ventilation is required.
- It fits a working shop: rated at 67 dB(A) or less, and the stacked footprint passes a standard doorway.
Print plus finishing
The whole line, inside one machine.
A DTF setup usually means three purchases: a printer, a shaker and a dryer, plus the floor space to line them up and somebody to carry film between them. The Vega S17 puts all of it in one enclosed system. Your art file goes in through the RIP, and the machine prints it, powders it, cures it, cuts it and stacks it.
- Print and finishing in one enclosure.A print section and a finishing section, run from one tilt touchscreen. Your operator learns one interface.
- The powder stays in the cartridge.TPU adhesive powder loads as a sealed cartridge. A rotating paddle applies it and the excess is captured inside the machine, so nobody scoops or sweeps loose powder.
- Curing your operator never has to set.An enclosed heater bed with four independently controlled zones runs at a 320 F preset, with no operator temperature setting. One less thing to get wrong on a Friday afternoon.
- Sheets come out cut and stacked. An automatic inline cutter separates each sheet and the stacker holds up to 100 of them, so your operator can work the heat press and come back to a stack.
Published, not estimated.
DTF Station has not published a print rate for the Vega S17, so you will not find one on this page. Ask a specialist what a run of your artwork looks like before you plan your budget around a number.
Make it a monthly line item.
Multiple financing options, including Affirm and Synchrony. A specialist can walk through the programs with you before you choose a package.
Terms, rates and decisions come from the lender.
Two ways to buy it.
Both packages come with the Vega S17 DTF Printer, its Glue Station and the RIP software and driver. The printer needs the Glue Station to run, so every package includes it. The only choice is whether the ink, powder, film and maintenance kit come in the same order.
Everything in one order: the Glue Station, the software, the ink cartridge set, cleaning cartridges, powder, film and the maintenance starter kit.
No package includes a heat press.

What Vega S17 owners say.
Art file in. Press-ready sheets out.
Five steps. Your team loads the film and collects the stack.
Load the film.
A 17 in roll loads on a motorized, auto-tension unwinder. Maximum print width is 15.5 in.
Send the job.
Artwork goes from NeoStampa to the machine over Ethernet or USB, with Wi-Fi available.
It prints, then powders.
Ricoh industrial printheads lay down CMYK plus dual white at 600 x 600 dpi from sealed Color Prime Chroma cartridges, then the rotating paddle applies TPU adhesive powder.
It cures, then cuts.
The sheet passes through four independently controlled cure zones, then the inline cutter cuts it to the length you set for the job, from 10 to 19.7 in.
You collect a stack.
Cut, cured, press-ready sheets land in the stacker, which holds up to 100.

Product details
Here's the full description, features and specs for the Vega S17.
Bring DTF transfers in house without building a production room around them. Send the art file to the DTF Station Vega S17 and it comes back as cut, stacked transfer sheets ready for your heat press, while the person running it goes back to the press.
A DTF printer usually needs a row of other machines behind it: a shaker, an oven, a cutter and the extraction to vent it all. As an all-in-one DTF printer, the Vega S17 prints, powders, cures, cuts and stacks inside one enclosed machine. Nobody scoops powder, nobody sets an oven, and there is no ducting to run through the building.
It is built for shops that press what they print. Gang your jobs onto sheets that fit the press you already own, and stop paying for roll width and floor space you never use.
Key Features
- Run the line without standing at it. The printing and finishing sections keep pace with each other, and finished sheets land in a stacker that holds up to 100, so one person can start a job and go run the press. Take the stacker off and the run goes to the end of the roll.
- Nobody on your team handles powder. TPU adhesive powder feeds from a sealed cartridge onto each sheet and the excess is caught inside the machine, so no one scoops or handles it by hand.
- The same cure no matter who is on shift. An enclosed heater bed with independently controlled zones runs a preset cure the operator never sets, so there is no oven setting to get wrong.
- Sheets come off cut to length. An inline cutter trims each sheet to the length you set for the job, so nobody cuts sheets off the roll by hand before they go to the press.
- Put it where you have room, not where the ducting goes. DTF Station builds it like office equipment: fully enclosed and quiet, with filtration that captures fumes and fine powder inside, and no external ventilation to install.
- Gets through the door and fits one footprint. The print section sits on top of the finishing section, the machine passes a standard doorway, and film loads and leaves on the same side, so a second unit can stand right beside the first.
- A quiet week does not cost you a printhead. The industrial Ricoh heads run on sealed Color Prime Chroma ink cartridges, and while the machine sits idle it circulates the white ink, cleans the heads on schedule and seals them in a wet cap.
- One screen, and support that can see the machine. A single touchscreen runs both sections and tracks what maintenance is due. Error codes report to DTF Station support, and remote diagnostics and automatic software updates come over the machine's cloud connection.
Applications
- In-house DTF transfers: print the transfers for the jobs you press instead of ordering them in.
- Gang sheets sized to your press: fill each sheet with several designs, cut to a length that fits the platen you already use.
- Transfer production without ducting: make DTF transfers in a space where ducting for an oven and shaker is not an option.
- A second line beside the first: when you need more capacity, a second Vega stands right next to the first.
Compatibility & Requirements
- Power: Two standard 110V plugs, with a separate connection for each section. The two sections should not share one standard circuit. Confirm circuit requirements with DTF Station before installation.
- Your heat press: The Vega S17 produces cut, stacked transfer sheets ready for pressing.
- RIP Software: NeoStampa
- Consumables: Color Prime Chroma ink cartridges, DTF film on a roll, and sealed TPU adhesive powder cartridges.

Care & Maintenance
- Leave it powered on: DTF Station designs the Vega S17 to stay powered, because that is when it circulates the white ink, cleans the heads on schedule and wet caps them after six hours idle.
- Shutting down for two weeks or more: flush the ink and charge the system with storage fluid first.
Print section plus finishing sectionWhat to have ready before it lands.
The Vega S17 takes the messy part of DTF off your floor. Here is what still sits with you, so install day has no surprises.
Before you talk to us.
Does the Vega S17 print on shirts?
No. It prints, powders, cures and cuts transfers. You press those transfers onto the garment with your heat press, and no package includes one.
Does it replace an operator?
No. DTF Station describes it as one machine and one operator. Someone loads film, swaps cartridges, clears the stacker and runs the heat press. What goes away is hand-powdering and setting the cure.
Do I need ventilation or ducting?
No external ventilation is required. The machine filters its own air in three stages, ending in HEPA and activated carbon.
How fast is it?
DTF Station has not published a speed figure for the Vega S17, so AAPS does not quote one. If anyone gives you a number for this machine, ask where it came from.
Does anyone have to handle the adhesive powder?
Powder arrives in a sealed TPU cartridge. A rotating paddle applies it and the excess is captured inside the machine. Your operator swaps the cartridge.
Who sets the cure temperature?
Nobody. The enclosed heater bed runs four independently controlled zones at a 320 F preset, with no operator setting.
What RIP software does it use?
NeoStampa. Both packages include the RIP software and driver.
What power does it need?
Two standard 110V plugs, one per section, so it runs off ordinary outlets. Just put each section on its own circuit, because the two shouldn't share one standard circuit. Please confirm your circuit requirements with DTF Station before you install it.
How much floor space does it take?
The stacked footprint is 67.1 x 31.4 in and passes a standard doorway. Use the specification table, not the dimensions printed on the marketing graphics.
Why does every package include the Glue Station?
Because the Vega S17 needs its Glue Station to run. It's designed to work with the Vega S17 as part of the production setup, so you get the two together in both packages.
When can I get one?
The Vega S17 is a special lead time item, so a specialist confirms the current lead time for the package you choose.
Can I see one running first?
Ask for a demo through the form below and tell us what you decorate. AAPS has supplied print shops since 1986 and will tell you straight if the Vega S17 is the wrong machine for your work.
