Here are a few things you should know before you embark on your direct to film journey. Make sure to keep the crate/box that your machine came in. This is for your warranty.

Only use inks that are provided by All American; we have thoroughly tested our direct to film ink to work with the Prestige. Any usage of 3rd party ink will result in loss of warranty.

We recommend turning off your Prestige A3+ Printer daily to allow the pump to rest and function at its best. To turn off the Prestige printer, press the power button off from the front, wait 5 seconds, and then turn it off from the back.

You are responsible for setup, but don't worry - we have made a step-by-step video to walk you through it. If your computer has anti-virus software, please disable when downloading software. This can cause software to not open/ operate properly. Your printer is covered under a 1 year warranty from purchase date. The print head is covered under a 6 month warranty. Any issues with the print head within the first 6 months must be reported and All American will send a replacement print head. If you are local to an All American branch you are able to bring it in for replacement. After 6 months you are responsible for purchasing a new print head.

All of our testing has been done with Ecofreen film and powder; other supply items not provided by all American will not qualify for warranty/technical support.
