DTF Printer - Love the Printer!!!

I have to say I totally love this printer! It's an awesome unit but unfortunately after the first few months the customer service pretty much ended. I tried relentlessly to get help -email, text, joined product calls, called several times, opened countless service tickets but ended up not getting any or very little assistance (learned on my own) Love the printers but don't expect any or much help after the purchase. Looking to add another machine but will be going with another company
