The HIX BG Gas/Air features the latest in gas convection-air technology conveyor dryer systems. Built for efficiency and high production, HIX BG Gas Dryers come in 48, 60, and 72-inch configurations. All sizes feature an efficient 300,000 BTU burner in conjunction with fresh air combustion to recirculate oven chamber heat.
HIX BG Dryers are equipped with a single speed air system. This dryer eliminates harmful fumes from cured inks and substrates. Drying times are easily set with an analog belt speed controller that works in conjunction with the digital temperature controller. Temperatures are set to stay within a 5 º degree setpoint range. Safety switches control the temperature, combustion recirculation, and exhaust to allow for continuous worry-free operation. Built for easy maintenance, the gas/air filters are easily accessible for cleaning after removing the top accessible panels.
HIX BG Series Gas Dryers have been designed to meet the production and energy saving goals of any modern screen- printing operation. The efficient BTU burner, which works with the fresh air combustion blower, re-circulates most of the heated oven air to keep operating expenses low. HIX BG Gas Dryers are capable of handling the belt coverage and speed required to run with automated presses.
