Inconsistent Transfer paper

I am leaving a five-star review because my previous one-star reviews never got posted. I have purchased this paper many times, but I consistently receive a very different batch each time. In this last batch, I noticed a significant amount of powder residue and an oily residue after every print. In contrast, I still have some paper from the old batch, which does not have these issues, even in humid weather. Additionally, this new paper is not true to size. I have reached out several times via email but have not received any response. I believe it’s time to address these concerns via social media.
