The Silver plan is limited to 2 on-site visits and 1 print head replacement per year. Coverage includes parts and labor. The plan is a one year extension to the initial 1 year service plan included with the Epson SureColor S30670, and is 'stackable' to get up to 3 years of total coverage (1 year inbox and 2 year extensions). This extended service plan does not effect or change the initial 1 year service plan included with the Epson SureColor S30670.
