Application Process:

All you need to do is print your design on the Laser-Dark (No-Cut) LowTemp A-Foil, then press it together with the Laser-Dark (No-Cut) LowTemp B-Paper. Upon peeling, the white coating on the B-Paper LowTemp is transferred only to the toner on the A-Foil. Now, the design is completely weeded and ready for transferring.

With an additional benefit of No Cutting & No Weeding, there is no unwanted background on the garment! Only the areas with toner are transferred. The result can be compared to screen printing – only faster, cheaper and more efficient!

Follow the Steps below to create your No-Cut transfer:

Print on the Matte side of the transparent A-Foil
Press together with the B-Paper LowTemp
Peel the B-Paper sheet from the A-Foil while HOT
Cut around the design
Press onto your garment
Re-press to increase the washability of the garment

Laser-Dark (No-Cut) LowTemp (for CMYK Laser Printers) is a 2-Paper heat transfer foil which lets you print amazing, brilliant colors without Cutting and Weeding.

This transfer media can be used with both White Toner Laser Printers and Regular CMYK Laser Printers, but there are certain limitations when using a CMYK Laser Printer. When printing from a CMYK Laser Printer you need to use full tone colors, such as; solid reds, solid greens, etc. As these colors have a high toner amount (100% & higher). Colors below the 100% toner amount, such as, pastel tones, skin tones, sky blues, etc. cannot be printed with a CMYK Laser Printer. Lighter colors require a White Toner Laser Printer.

Expectations!

I am fairly new to the white toner world, so I have been evaluating several papers for textile transfers. The 3 others were ok but were not very consistent. Forever Dark Cut exceeded my expectations. Ten out of ten were excellent marries and subsequent transfers. The results on the shirts were softer feel and I expect they will wash well with great durability. Forever wins in my opinion.
