What fabrics can the TxF300-75 print on?

The TxF300-75 works on cotton, polyester, nylon, blended fabrics, and dark colored garments. The same DTF process applies to all fabric types without pre-treatment or workflow changes.

How does the white ink circulation actually work?

MCTv2 (Mimaki Circulation Technology Version 2) continuously circulates white ink through the entire ink path, including the dampers above the printhead. This prevents pigment sedimentation that causes clogs in standard DTF printers.

What happens if a nozzle clogs during production?

The Nozzle Check Unit (NCU) automatically detects clogged nozzles and triggers cleaning. If cleaning can't resolve the issue, the Nozzle Recovery System (NRS) automatically substitutes defective nozzles with working ones so production continues.

How fast can I produce transfers?

The TxF300-75 prints up to 107.6 square feet per hour. Print speed depends on resolution settings, design complexity, and file size.

What's the maximum print size?

Maximum print width is 31.5 inches (800mm). The printer accepts media up to 31.9 inches wide and 1mm thick.

What kind of maintenance does this printer require?

The automated white ink circulation and NCU self-cleaning systems minimize routine maintenance compared to typical DTF printers. Regular tasks include loading film and keeping the work area clean.

How much space do I need?

How does DTF compare to Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing?

DTF works on polyester and synthetic fabrics that DTG struggles with, requires no pre-treatment, and uses the same process for dark and light garments. DTG requires fabric-specific workflows and chemical pre-treatment.
