Items designated as “equipment” are not returnable.
Regular Stock Items
Items designated as regular “stock” may be returned subject to the following:
- All Deposits Are Non-Refundable
- All items must be approved by aaprintsupplyco.com email for a return authorization and an RMA#
- All Returns Require Prior Authorization & 25% Restock Fee
- A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return.
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Item must be received by aaprintsupplyco.com within 14 days of invoice date.
- Credit will be issued promptly after inspection by aaprintsupplyco.com
- Report Any Shipping Damage Immediately Upon Receipt or Buyer Assumes Responsibility
- If you request a refund, the original price you paid minus the shipping charges will be credited back to your account AFTER we receive the item back and have confirmed that all return conditions have been met. All refunds will be issued in the form of which the original payment was made, and it may take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
