The Hotronix® 360 IQ® Hat Heat Press is designed to decorate a wide range of hat styles and sizes using a single, one-size-fits-all platen. Featuring patented Dual Silicone Platen™ technology, it adapts to the shape and thickness of each design to provide consistent pressure while helping reduce heat press creases, marks, and scorching.

With independently controlled upper and lower heat, the 360 IQ® makes it easy to apply traditional heat transfers, dimensional emblems, leather patches, and 3D embroidered designs. Bottom heat helps adhesives bond from underneath, while the molded lower platen accommodates different hat styles and allows decoration on the front, back, and sides.

Powered by Hotronix® IQ® Technology, the press offers digital time, temperature, and pressure readouts, along with cloud-based machine and operator tracking to help monitor productivity and manage specific jobs.
