Tech told me to buy this part and it’s not the correct part and I been trying to get a hold of the company to get a replacement and I haven’t heard back from them

Second time I have had to order this part and it is still the wrong one they sent. Sent request last one to be contacted about it for return and nothing. I have spent almost $300 for a part that is $149 to replace. Item is not as pictured and not the short cord capping station that is sent.

Better than the original

This capping station is by far better than the part that comes with my Prestige A3+ dtf printer. The filter prevents the splash and splatter I was getting with the original which made the inside of printer a bit messy.
